Studio policies

Scheduling, cancellations and payment

Lesson options: Choose from 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minute sessions.

Regular attendance: Consistency is key to success. I ask that you attend every scheduled lesson so we can stay on track with your progress.
Missed lessons: If you need to miss a lesson, please give at least 24 hours’ notice. With less than 24 hours’ notice I am unfortunately not able to reschedule or offer a refund.
Make-up lessons: Each student is eligible for one make-up lesson per 4-session period, or up to three make-up lessons per semester. Make-ups are subject to availability and should be scheduled within the same term.
Online lessons: If you are unable to attend in person because of illness or another conflict, I am happy to arrange an online lesson as long as I receive prior notice.

If you are sick, please stay home — we can arrange an online lesson instead. Online lessons are available on request.
